My Personal Vision for WakeupGeneration

God.
You are amazing.
I don’t think I could ever understand how utterly amazing you are and how horrible I am and all that you’ve done for me.
We made life difficult.
We sinned.
So life isn’t perfect.
We run into problems.
And you are still just.
And you still somehow manage to hold off you wrath enough to hold to your promise of never allowing us to be tempted above that which we are able.
Help us change.
Help me change.
I so want to be on fire for you.
I want to just explode your truth everywhere I turn.
I want to be active not passive.
Help me God.
Help me someday pursue you with the passion that you pursue me.
Grow me.
Dig at my roots of apathy and cut them off.
Throw dung over my circumstances so that I will be shocked back into looking to you and your standards of bearing fruit in holiness.

God, please raise up a passionate, kingdom-focused, bravehearted, stubborn sin-fighting, Bible-living, Christ-centered, real, unashamed, active, advancing, constantly-pushing, radical, humble, God-honoring generation of mountain-movers that will join the ranks behind an unchanging and holy God.

Move mountains before us as we follow your pillar of fire.

For you alone.
